Technology — Motor Drives for Robotics
Motor Control: FOC(field-oriented control) 기반 BLDC·PMSM 전류·속도·위치 제어, 엔코더 인터페이스(Incremental, BiSS-C, SSI, Hall). Power Electronics: 저전압·대전류 인버터 전력단과 gate driver, Si-FET·GaN 전력단, 전류 센싱·보호, 방열 설계. Drive Integration: 전력단·제어기·펌웨어를 하나의 구동 단위로 액추에이터에 통합.
Products — DC-Drive
개발 단계에서는 범용 드라이브(Hunter)로 구동 시험부터 시작하고, 제품 단계에서는 같은 제어 기반과 A-Forge 위에서 액추에이터 통합 드라이브(Archer)로 이어집니다.
DC-Drive Hunter(출시 준비 중): 로봇과 액추에이터를 위한 범용 모터 드라이브. DC·BLDC·PMSM 모터, 12–60 V, RS-485(Modbus)·USB·CAN-FD, 설정·튜닝 소프트웨어 A-Forge.
DC-Drive Archer(제품 준비 중): GaN(질화갈륨) 전력단 기반 휴머노이드 로봇 관절 액추에이터용 소형 통합 모터 드라이브.
